The hotel had some issues with a strong cigarette smell, but despite that, my stay was comfortable with the spacious rooms. The service, especially from Mohammad, was incredibly kind and professional. The hotel's location was extremely convenient being close to the airport. The dining options were affordable and tasty, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had some nice little touches like a water kettle with Nescafe packets and tea, but they smelled bad from the bathroom despite the door being closed. I did enjoy the jacuzzi, which was a lovely addition even though I'm not a fan of them.
The hotel's location is great for a quick stay near Sabiha Gokcen airport. While the rooms were not up to par being far from Istanbul, non-smoking room was dirty, and had a mix of cigarette and strong perfume odors, the staff was friendly. Limited dining options but tasty food at Utopia in Cappadocia. Acceptably close to the airport with no extra activities nearby.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with an overpowering smell of stale tobacco, a swarm of flies and mosquitoes due to open windows, and noise from the main road. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond, especially Noorjehaan, Mustafa, Hosaam, Hassan, and the others. The location, though not ideal due to pollution, was convenient for a quick overnight stay close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Dining options were satisfying, offering a variety of wholesome and vegetarian choices. Facilities could use some improvement, notably in the cleanliness department.

The service is excellent, offering helpful and thoughtful assistance. However, the dining options could be improved with more variety, and the location may feel a bit industrial.
